Four Nines Gold Inc. was formed by a group of professionals with a focus on advancing gold projects through prudent exploration and highly selective acquisitions. Headed by Jim Mustard, known in the mining and finance industry for his leadership his experience includes extensive management roles with Barrick Gold, Eldorado Gold as well as Haywood Securities and PI Financial along with 7 years experience in Yukon. Casey Forward with widespread industry accounting background as CFO, Chris Verrico with extensive Yukon rural-remote infrastructure construction/contract mining experience and Ryan Cheung an active industry accountant are the founding directors of the company.
Four Nines has entered into an option agreement with Pacific Ridge Exploration Ltd to acquire 70% of the 27,000 hectare Mariposa property lying within Yukon’s White Gold district, in the same geological environment and 30 km’s from Goldcorp’s Coffee gold project (acquired from Kaminak Gold in 2016) and 40 Km’s from Kinross Gold’s White gold deposit, both orogenic type, multi million ounce, gold deposits.
MARIPOSA PROJECT
Originally a “Shawn Ryan” property, an open ended 7 km long strike of altered pyrite bearing schist was discovered with the presence of open and untested targets strongly similar to the orogenic gold mineralization found within the White Gold district. Significant drill intercepts include: 2.44 g/t Au over 38.9 m and 1.4 g/t Au over 16.3 m at Skookum Main, the prop-erty encompasses the headwaters of two active and productive alluvial gold creeks (Scroggie and Mariposa). The on-site airstrip, existing camp and nearby placer operations all provide en-hanced infrastructure with the proposed access road for the Coffee Project (acquired by Goldcorp Inc. for $521 M) pass within15km of moderate terrain, to connect the property.
